Welcome to the BCC (Baltimore Cruising Club) web site.

The BCC is composed of a group of friendly sailors who enjoy plying the waters of Maryland's upper Chesapeake Bay.  The members are from the Maryland and Pennsylvania areas, and they berth their boats in various marinas between Middle River and Severn River. 

During the summer months, several short to medium range weekend cruises are scheduled.  Typical destinations include Swan, Fairlee and Worton Creeks as well as the Magothy River, Inner Harbor and various other locations.  Occasionally, a week long cruise will be planned. 

In addition to the sailing, several meetings/social events are planned throughout the year.  These include picnics, cook outs, and dinners.  The spring meeting, usually held at Bowley's Marina on Middle River, typically includes a guest speaker.
